General Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Exchanges are only considered in the case of a genuine quality issue with the product delivered.
Unstitched Collection
- Any quality-related concerns for unstitched items must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
- Complaints received after 7 working days will not be entertained.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once your concern is received, our Quality Assurance Team will review the issue.
- If the claim is verified, we will offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
Customized & Discounted Orders
- Customized orders or items purchased on sale/discount are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Stitched articles are not eligible for exchange or return.
Order Cancellation
- Orders paid via card or bank transfer may be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made.
